| The 50th Anniversary celebration of Antah HealthCare Group commenced on 12th January 2012 with the hosting of Antah Group's Executive Synergy Lunch at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club. Various senior managers and directors of the Antah Group of Companies as well as managers and staff from Antah HealthCare Group attended the event. Our dear executive chairman, YAM Tunku Naquiyuddin officially launched the celebration, followed by brief presentations from other companies in the Antah Group. |

Antah HealthCare Group directors, management and staff welcomed the year of the Water Dragon in conjunction with its 50th Anniversary at it's offices on 31 January 2012. It was celebrated with much fanfare - lion dances, firecrackers and lunch for all our principals, bankers, suppliers and staff.
Our Executive Chairman - YAM Tunku Naquiyuddin was the guest of honour. The luncheon was also attended by YM Tunku Mohamed & YM Tunku Khairul.

| Medical camp for free health screening and minor medical treatment was provided to about 300 low income residents of Enggang Flats in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. Antah Pharma contributed to the charity cause with manpower and free medication. This program was sponsored by AMURT, consisting of a panel of voluntary healthcare professionals in aid of the community who are in the lower income bracket. |

| The launch of the ABM assembly plant was officiated by the Group Executive Chairman, Y.A.M. Tunku Naquiyuddin and CEO, Yg. Bhg. Dato Ralph Yapp. The launching coincided with the group's 50th anniversary and indeed was a proud moment for Antah HealthCare as it became the first company in Malaysia to establish an assembly plant to manufacture CKD medical equipment. ABM was granted a licence by the government to locally assemble operating tables, autoclaves, washer disinfectants and medication trollies with CKD components produced from UK, Italy and Canada. The launch was attended and witnessed by representatives from various government departments and customers comprising of healthcare professionals from government and private hospitals. |

| LAUNCH OF CORPORATE SIGNAGES -

| The signages at all branch offices of the Antah HealthCare Group had been given a make over and the design and installation was completed. The new signboards are in keeping with the company's corporate image - using blue background and silver lettering similar to the signages at the head quarters in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. |

| RUGBY: POWER INTERNATIONAL ROYAL SEVENS |

| Antah HealthCare, in conjunction with its 50th anniversary celebrations became a sponsor of the Negeri Sembilan's Power International Royal Sevens. The competition among professional rugby players was held for two days, on 30th June and 1 July 2012 at MPS Padang in Seremban, Negri Sembilan. |

| It was a perfect morning for golf at the Staffield 18-hole course. VVIPs and invited guests arrived very early to join our 50th anniversary celebration event. After registration at 6.30 am, about 70 guests were ushered to breakfast at the Golf Terrace before teeing off at 8.00 am. The last flight of golfers came back at about 1 pm and everyone gathered at the function room for a delicious lunch buffet and prize giving. Each participant was given a goodie bag sponsored by Antah HealthCare. The 8 winning teams with the best scores were awarded their respective prizes by Y.A.M. Tunku Naquiyuddin and Y.M.M. Tunku Ampuan Tuanku Najihah. There was also a prize for a Hole-in-One and it was a brand new Chevrolet sponsored by Naza Motors. However none of the participants were fortunate on that day to win this major prize. A total amount of RM1,310 was raised for charity from the sale of novelty coupons and it was donated to the Dignity for Children Foundation to help them with their education. The event was graced by Her Royal Highness Y.M.M. Tunku Ampuan Tuanku Najihah. |

25th SEREMBAN HALF MARATHON |

Antah HealthCare Group was the major sponsor and organiser of the 25th Seremban Half Marathon held at MPS Padang, Negeri Sembilan. There were about 9,500 participants from all categories in the run. There was a slight drizzle that morning, but that did not deter our Executive Chairman Y.A.M. Tunku Naquiyuddin from turning up before the break of dawn to flag off all the categories, starting from 6.30 am and participating in the 3 km VIP fun run as well! Y.M.M. Tunku Ampuan graced the event and gave away prizes to the top three winners in the half marathon categories - A, B & C. |

| An informal lunch was organised for principals, business associates and members of the Antah HealthCare Group to celebrate Eid Mubarak or blessed festival for Muslims. Those attending enjoyed a feast of sumptuous local food and a gift of well wishes distributed by our Chairman, YAM Tunku Naquiyuddin. |

| 1st MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE TRAVEL EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE |

| The event was launched on 6th November by The Health Minister YB Dato' Seri Liow Tiong Lay at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. The expo provides an opportunity to network,meet and learn from those within the healthcare industry, besides showcasing the company's products and services to a targeted audience. AP participated in the event with selected products from Surging Pharma. |

| 50th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION - ANNUAL DINNER |

| The ballroom of Sime Darby Convention Centre at Bukit Kiara Kuala Lumpur was decked in theme colours of elegant gold and black in celebration of the golden anniversary of The Antah HealthCare Group. All employees including those from the branch offices attended the momentous occasion dressed in the finest attire. In addition to the sumptuous dinner and lively entertainment, there were loads of prizes given away that night, with compliments from our generous principals and suppliers.
It was indeed an enjoyable and memorable evening for our VIP guests, principals, suppliers, associates and friends. |
