 The technical department of Antah HealthCare Group comprise of a team of highly trained personnel who are dedicated to their responsibility in the maintainenance of equipment sold to customers. The technical team are vital to assist the management, principals and customers with installation, maintenance and use of equipment that is sold.
Prior to the launch of new products, the technical department provides precise evaluation of its functions and durability. Regular schedules are kept for maintenance of products sold under warranty as well as advice for replacement when neccessary. In the event of equipment breakdown, 24-hour response is provided for equipment sold within Malaysia.
Our technical staff are stationed in major towns throughout Malaysia to cater to our customers’ needs. If neccessary, the department is also able to assist with medical engineering matters including liaison through respective government bodies. |
